Aluminum Plate Belt Type Casting and Rolling Line
Our belt-type line combines wheel-belt casting, continuous rolling, cooling and coiling for aluminum strip. It serves disc, radiator, hose, tube and related semi-finished products, with the casting and rolling arrangement matched to your alloy and strip specification.
Key Features
• Wheel-belt casting provides continuous feed to the rolling section.
• AGC or electric roll-gap control is selected to manage thickness through the mill.
• Strip cooling is arranged to support coiling and the required downstream condition.
• Edge trimming and scrap handling can be included for the agreed finished width.
• Coiling equipment is matched to strip size, speed and package.
Equipment Composition
The production line is mainly composed of:
• Melting furnace
• Holding furnace
• Wheel-belt integral continuous casting machine
• Rolling shear
• Continuous rolling mill with AGC or electric roll-gap regulation
• Lubrication system
• Cooling device
• Strip coiling system
• Hydraulic and electrical control systems
Technical Parameters
| Product Thickness (mm) | Product Width (mm) | Rolling Speed (m/min) | Production Capacity (t/h) | Total Power (kW) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 6–10 | 500–1000 | 1–3 | 2–4 | 450 |
| 6–12 | 800–1350 | 1–5 | 3–6 | 650 |
Where the Belt-Type Route Fits
The belt-type line suits strip within the listed width and output range. Alloy, finished thickness, surface requirements and intended use determine the casting and rolling arrangement. Casting stability, roll-gap control, cooling and coiling are reviewed together to establish the operating duty.
The technical table provides reference configurations. If your required width or output extends beyond this range, compare the double-belt route. We assess both options against the actual strip specification before recommending the caster type and downstream equipment.
Suitable Melt
Pure aluminum, compatible aluminum-alloy melt and recycled aluminum routes with composition and melt preparation confirmed for the required strip.
Typical Applications
Coiled strip for aluminum discs, radiator stock, hose and tube materials, and other industrial semi-finished products.

Planning a Belt-Type Aluminum Strip Line
Tell us the aluminum strip you want to make and its downstream use. Share the alloy, thickness, width and output if you already know them. We develop the configuration by reviewing melt preparation, surface and edge requirements, coil specification, available plant length, utilities and trimmed-material handling. These details determine the caster, rolling stands, cooling and coiling.
From Strip Specification to Technical Proposal
In our proposal, we define the caster, rolling and control arrangement, cooling, trimming, coiling and supply boundary. We confirm final capacity and dimensions for the alloy and strip duty.
