Company Overview
Deyang Hongguang Smart Equipment Co., Ltd. (HG Smart Equipment) was founded in 2017. We develop and manufacture non-ferrous metal casting, rolling, ingot and wire-processing equipment in the Deyang National Economic and Technological Development Zone in Sichuan, China, serving copper, aluminum, lead and related alloy producers.
Our team has more than 70 employees, and we are recognized as a technology-based, innovation-oriented and specialized SME. Our management and technical specialists bring long experience in non-ferrous casting and rolling. Today, our equipment portfolio spans four product categories, eight series and more than 20 product variants.
Our work covers process definition, mechanical and electrical design, component manufacture, line assembly, control-system integration and project support. Each project begins with the customer's feedstock or alloy, finished dimensions, required output, downstream process, utilities and plant layout. These inputs determine the production route, principal equipment, automation interfaces and supply boundary.

Our Core Capabilities
Complete Line Engineering
We connect melt preparation, casting, rolling or drawing, cooling, collection and electrical control into one defined production route.
In-House Manufacturing
We coordinate mechanical design, machining, fabrication, assembly and control integration through our Deyang engineering and production team.
Application Engineering
We select the furnace type, casting section, stand arrangement, take-up equipment and auxiliary systems from the material, product and site requirements.
Lifecycle Support
Depending on the contract, we can provide delivery coordination, installation guidance, commissioning, operator instruction and agreed wear or spare parts.
Manufacturing & Facility
At our Deyang facility, we machine components, fabricate equipment, assemble lines and integrate electrical controls for complete industrial systems. We organize the manufacturing sequence around the approved technical proposal, drawings and interface list.
Before delivery, we review the principal equipment, control functions and agreed supply boundary. We arrange installation guidance, commissioning support and training according to the contract. For ongoing operation, customers can also discuss rolling stands, shafts, gears, sleeves, rolls, guides, shear blades, couplings and casting-machine wear parts with our project team.
International Project Experience
We hold independent import and export rights and have delivered equipment or supported projects in more than 20 countries and regions. Our international work includes Central, South and Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
Depending on the contract, we can provide technical consultation, line configuration, delivery coordination, installation guidance and commissioning. We confirm the final responsibilities, destination standards, documentation and service scope for each project.
