Aluminum Ingot Continuous Casting Unit
Our ZL unit automates mold filling, cooling, demolding, conveying and stacking for aluminum remelt or alloy ingots. The mold and handling arrangement is configured for your ingot size, weight and production requirements.
Key Features
• Molten metal is distributed to the mold sequence at a controlled casting rate.
• Cooling is coordinated with mold travel and the required release condition.
• Demolding and conveying reduce repeated manual handling of hot ingots.
• Hydraulic drive permits casting-speed adjustment within the selected configuration.
• Mold quantity and downstream stacking can be adapted to the agreed product and layout.
Equipment Composition
The aluminum ingot continuous casting unit is mainly composed of:
• Casting machine body
• Aluminum liquid distribution system
• Continuous casting mold system
• Cooling system
• Hydraulic transmission system
• Ingot demolding device
• Conveyor and stacking system
• Electrical control system

What Determines Ingot-Line Output
This unit produces individual ingots through a mold sequence and has no rolling section. Ingot geometry and target weight determine the mold arrangement, while the incoming melt, filling time, cooling and release condition influence how consistently each ingot can be demolded and transferred.
Practical output depends on these stages working with the mold quantity and downstream collection or stacking cycle. The listed models provide a reference range; we confirm the final duty against the actual ingot drawing and melt conditions.
Suitable Melt
Molten primary, recycled or alloy aluminum with composition, temperature and preparation controlled for the required ingot.
Typical Applications
Remelt and alloy ingot production in aluminum smelting, recycling and alloy-preparation plants.

Planning an Aluminum Ingot Casting Unit
Tell us the aluminum or alloy ingot you want to produce, including a target weight or output if known. Share the information you already have. For the proposal, we confirm melt composition and temperature, ingot geometry, cooling, collection or stacking, floor space, water, power and the operator interface.
From Ingot Drawing to Technical Proposal
In our proposal, we define the reference model, mold arrangement, cooling, demolding, conveying, stacking and agreed utilities. We confirm final output for the approved ingot drawing.
