What Determines Ingot-Line Output

Ingot geometry, target weight and alloy composition determine the molds and handling arrangement. Mold quantity, cooling time, release condition and the collection or stacking cycle then set the practical output. Coordinating these stages also gives the operator a clear view of the production sequence.

The listed models provide a reference range. We confirm the duty against the actual ingot drawing and melt conditions, with ventilation and fume collection defined alongside the equipment and site responsibilities.

Suitable Melt

Molten primary, recycled or alloy lead with composition, temperature and preparation controlled for the required ingot.

Typical Applications

Remelt and alloy ingot production in lead smelting, recycling and alloy-preparation plants.

Planning a Lead Ingot Casting Unit

Tell us the lead or alloy ingot you want to produce and where the unit will be installed. Share a target weight or output if available. For the technical proposal, we confirm composition, melt temperature, ingot geometry, cooling and conveying or stacking, together with ventilation, fume collection, space, utilities and operator responsibilities.

From Ingot Drawing to Technical Proposal

In our proposal, we define the reference model, molds, cooling, demolding, conveying, stacking and environmental interfaces. We confirm final output for the approved ingot and site basis.
