A complete request for quotation helps an equipment supplier evaluate the process, line configuration, utilities and delivery scope without repeated clarification. Use this checklist when requesting copper, aluminum or lead casting, rolling, ingot or wire-processing equipment.
You do not need every detail before contacting us. Share the information already available and identify items that still require engineering confirmation.
Information to Include in Your RFQ

- Feedstock form, dimensions and temperature
- New plant, expansion or replacement project
- Existing upstream and downstream equipment
- Available material analysis or product standard
2. Finished Product & Capacity
- Finished rod, wire, ingot, strip or plate drawing
- Diameter, thickness, width, weight and tolerance
- Required hourly or annual output
- Surface, mechanical or electrical requirements
- Take-up, coiling, stacking or collection format
3. Site, Utilities & Schedule
- Destination country and installation location
- Plant layout, foundation limits and available space
- Power voltage and frequency; available fuel and water
- Ventilation or fume-control requirements
- Required delivery scope and target production date
