Complete Casting and Rolling Line RFQ Checklist
Use this checklist when you are ready to prepare a detailed enquiry for copper, aluminum or lead processing equipment. It brings together the product, process and site information needed to develop a technical proposal.
You do not need every detail before contacting us. Share the information already available and identify items that still require engineering confirmation.
Information to Include in Your RFQ
1. Material & Existing Process
- Metal and alloy grade
- Feedstock form, dimensions and temperature
- New plant, expansion or replacement project
- Existing upstream and downstream equipment
- Available material analysis or product standard
2. Finished Product & Capacity
- Finished rod, wire, ingot, strip or plate drawing
- Diameter, thickness, width, weight and tolerance
- Required hourly or annual output
- Surface, mechanical or electrical requirements
- Take-up, coiling, stacking or collection format
3. Site, Utilities & Schedule
- Destination country and installation location
- Plant layout, foundation limits and available space
- Power voltage and frequency; available fuel and water
- Ventilation or fume-control requirements
- Required delivery scope and target production date
