Non-Ferrous Metal Casting and Rolling Equipment
Explore our casting, rolling, ingot and wire-processing equipment for copper, aluminum and lead. Choose a material below to compare machines and published specifications.
If you are planning a complete production line, our process solutions explain how the equipment fits together.
Equipment by Material and Process
Copper Rod and Wire Equipment
Copper production can start with electrolytic copper, scrap-derived FRHC feedstock or an existing upward-cast rod. Our copper equipment therefore covers three distinct duties: casting and hot rolling new rod, cold-reducing existing rod, and drawing rod into conductor wire.
Choose the product page that matches the process stage you need:
Aluminum Rod, Wire, Ingot and Strip Equipment
We organize our aluminum equipment by finished product. Conductive rod and wire require a different process route from remelt ingot or coiled strip. Alloy series, melt treatment, drawing schedule and strip dimensions determine which line is appropriate.
Lead Ingot, Strip and Anode Plate Equipment
Our lead equipment covers automated ingot casting, continuous strip production and integrated anode plate casting, rolling and punching. Lead or alloy composition, finished geometry, environmental controls and downstream handling all affect the final line configuration.
Where the Equipment Is Used
The lines support conductor, semi-finished metal and metallurgical products. The application matters because it sets the required alloy, dimensions, surface condition and downstream handling.

Wire and cable: copper and aluminum rod or drawn conductor wire.
Aluminum products: remelt ingot and strip for discs, radiators, hoses and tubes.
Lead processing: remelt ingot, battery strip and lead-alloy anode plate.
