HG Smart Equipment Receives Sichuan Specialized SME Recognition

HG Smart Equipment has been recognised as a Sichuan Specialized and Innovative small and medium-sized enterprise. The certificate, issued by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, is valid from 23 October 2025 to 31 October 2028. It reflects the company’s sustained focus on equipment and engineering for non-ferrous metal production.

Specialisation built around production-line engineering

Our work centres on casting, rolling and related processing equipment for copper, aluminium, lead and other non-ferrous metals. Customers may approach us for an individual rolling mill, but many projects require a broader understanding of the production route. Feedstock preparation, melting, casting, rolling, cooling, collection, controls and plant utilities must be considered together before the equipment can be specified responsibly.

This specialised focus shapes how we develop products and deliver projects. Mechanical design, process engineering, electrical control and manufacturing are coordinated around the intended material and operating conditions. The same engineering team then supports installation and commissioning, allowing observations from the site to inform later design and service work.

What the recognition means for customers

For customers, a certificate is useful only when the underlying capability is visible in project execution. We therefore continue to concentrate on accurate technical communication, manufacturable designs, inspection during production and clear documentation for installation and operation. These disciplines are especially important for custom equipment that must connect with a customer’s building, utilities or existing machinery.

The recognition also supports continued investment in product development and engineering methods. Our priorities include improving equipment maintainability, making control systems easier to operate, and standardising proven assemblies where doing so reduces project risk without limiting the necessary customisation.
